There are far worse things than finding a rat in your kitchen... 🐀🩸
Bring a little gothic horror to your morning coffee with the Dracula Horde of Rats Mug, featuring my original Horde of Rats illustration created for my fully illustrated edition of Bram Stoker’s Dracula.
A swarm of eerie, wide-eyed rats wraps around the mug in stark black and bone-white, broken up with flashes of deep blood red. Inspired by the sinister imagery of Stoker’s novel and my love of traditional woodcuts and printmaking, the design transforms one of my book illustrations into something you can use every day.
The bold black artwork is finished with a contrasting blood-red interior and matching red handle, making this one particularly suited to gothic kitchens, horror collections and very questionable morning coffee rituals.
🐀 FROM THE PAGES OF DRACULA
The Horde of Rats artwork was originally created as part of my series of illustrations bringing Bram Stoker’s Dracula to life.
Now they've escaped the book.
The repeating rat artwork wraps around the mug, allowing the gritty linework and different creatures to appear across the entire design. A glossy ceramic finish keeps the black, white and red artwork crisp while the deep red interior adds the perfect finishing touch.
Fill it with coffee, tea, hot chocolate or something considerably more suspicious.
