Inspired by dark folklore, occult imagery, vintage illustration and traditional printmaking, Serpent’s Kiss combines the beautiful with the unsettling. A huge snake coils around its subject while muted greens, aged golds and deep shadows give the artwork the feeling of a strange image discovered in an old book.

The original illustration is recreated using coloured woven cotton threads, transforming the artwork into an oversized piece of richly textured textile art. The nature of the weave adds an aged, tactile quality that works beautifully with the vintage, woodcut-inspired style of the design.

Once your order is placed, the artwork is woven into your chosen size, creating a substantial piece of textile art made specifically for its new home.

These tapestries are produced in the USA, making them particularly convenient for my US collectors. UK and international orders are absolutely welcome too, but please allow a little extra time for your finished tapestry to make its journey across the Atlantic.

🖤 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Machine wash cold at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat. Use non-chlorine bleach only when required.
